I’m a Registered Massage Therapist and, like many, an import to the beautiful Kelowna community. I graduated from the Advanced Remedial Massage Therapy program in Winnipeg, Manitoba in 2005, completing over 2200 hours of training in a wide range of clinical techniques including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, prenatal massage, and sports massage.
Over the years, my practice has evolved into a more focused, clinical approach with a strong emphasis on breast health, surgical recovery, and oncology care. I have advanced training in breast surgery and breast oncology massage therapy, supporting clients both pre- and post-operatively, as well as those navigating cancer treatment and recovery. This work is deeply meaningful to me, and I am committed to providing care that is not only clinically informed, but also respectful, safe, and supportive.
In addition to this focus, I offer registered massage therapy for pain, tension, and general wellness, along with lymphatic drainage therapy, pregnancy massage, and craniosacral therapy. I also integrate Pilates-based rehabilitation to help restore strength, mobility, and confidence in the body. While my practice has grown and refined over time, my goal remains the same—to meet you where you are and support your body through whatever stage you’re in.
My approach blends skilled, evidence-informed treatment with a calm, grounded presence. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing discomfort, or simply needing space to reconnect with your body, care is always tailored to your individual needs.
Massage therapy has been my passion for over 20 years, and it’s a privilege to continue evolving my practice and sharing this work with the Kelowna community.
